Vita

Matilda Stölting has been working as a research assistant at the Center for Ocean and Society since April 2026, where she is involved in the SALTGARDEN project. Prior to this, Matilda earned her bachelor’s degree in Ecotrophology at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, during which time she collaborated with the UMCG on the Dutch research project “Stress in Action.” Matilda has been pursuing a master’s degree in Food and Consumer Economics at Kiel University since October 2025.
